1. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments (2019 Hague Convention etc.) Regulations 2024. 2. Gender Representation on Public Boards (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2. . 3. Suicide Prevention in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Rose Fitzpatrick CBE, QPM, Chair, National Suicide Prevention Advisory Group; Professor Rory O'Connor, University of Glasgow; Dr Hazel Marzetti, University of Edinburgh; and then from— Dr Amy Knighton, Royal College of General Practitioners; Dr Murray Smith, Royal College of Psychiatrists in Scotland; Sam Campbell, Health Improvement Principal, Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership; Dr Jane Bray, Consultant in Public Health, NHS Tayside. 4. Suicide Prevention in Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 3. 5. HIV anti-stigma campaign/Achieving Zero New Transmission of HIV in Scotland by 2030 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government.
