1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Crisis in Ukraine: The Committee will take evidence from— Neil Gray, Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development and Minister with special responsibility for Refugees from Ukraine, Kirstin McPhee, Head of Ministerial Support and Correspondence, and Will Tyler-Greig, Interim Deputy Director, Policy, Engagement and Finance Division, Ukraine Resettlement Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 4. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a revised draft report on the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Angus Robertson, the Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, on 22 September 2022 (LCM (S6-29).
