1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Northern Ireland Protocol Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on the legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6)24 from— Professor Catherine Barnard, Deputy Director, UK in a Changing Europe; Dr Ruth Fox, Director, Hansard Society; Sir Jonathan Jones KC, Senior Consultant, Linklaters LLP; Dr Oliver Garner, Research Fellow, Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law; and then from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Frank Strang, Deputy Director of EU Relations, Chris Nicholson, Solicitor, and Tom Holm, EU Negotiation Strategy Adviser , Scottish Government. 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24 (Draft Report): The Committee will consider a draft report on Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24.
