2. Subordinate legislation: Michael Russell, Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, Europe and External Affairs, to move—S5M-22097—That the COVID-19 Committee recommends that the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 4) Regulations 2020 be approved.

3. Options for easing the Coronavirus lockdown restrictions (in private): The Committee will consider a letter to the Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills on the evidence received on options for easing the Coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
