1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Article 50 Negotiations: the UK's future trade policy: The Committee will take evidence from- Peter Ungphakorn, former Senior Information Officer, World Trade Organisation Secretariat; Dr Gracia Marin Duran, Senior Lecturer in International Economic Law, UCL Faculty of Laws, University College London; Dr Matias Margulis, Senior Lecturer in Political Economy, University of Stirling; Liz Murray, Head of Scottish Campaigns, Global Justice Now. 3. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from- Michael Russell, Minister for UK negotiations on Scotland’s Place in Europe, Luke McBratney, Policy Officer, Constitution and UK Policy, Ian Davidson, Head of Constitution and UK Relations, and Ian Mitchell, Deputy Director External Affairs, Scottish Government. 4. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Article 50 Negotiations: the UK's future trade policy (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
