Children (Withdrawal from Religious Education and Amendment of UNCRC Compatibility Duty) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Prevention of Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Wellbeing and Sustainable Development (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the response from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 8. Restraint and Seclusion in Schools (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the response from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 9. Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. 10. Absent Voting (Elections in Scotland and Wales) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill.
