1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6, 7 and 8 in private. 2. Evidence session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business: The Committee will take evidence from— George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Nicola Wisdahl, LCM and Subordinate Legislation Programme Team Leader, Steven Macgregor, Head of Parliament and Legislation Unit, and Rachel Rayner, Deputy Legislation Co-ordinator, Scottish Government Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Registration of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in Care Services (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/74) 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Payment and Electronic Money Institution Special Administration) 2024 (SSI 2024/75) 6. Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 8. Evidence session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
