1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition and Procedure) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Intervention and Private Storage Aid (Amendment and Suspension) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/150) Seed (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/151) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/148 (C.16)) 5. Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the power to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 6. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 7. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023.
