Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) Police Negotiating Board for Scotland (Constitution, Arbitration and Qualifying Cases) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Discontinuance of Cornton Vale Prison (Scotland) Order 2023 (SSI 2023/132) 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/131 (C.12)) 6. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
