1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 private. 2. Scotland's supply chain: The Committee will take evidence from— Richard Ballantyne , Chief Executive, British Ports Association; Bryan Hepburn, Operations Manager, DFDS Group; Kieran Jude Fernandes, Professor of Operations Management, Durham Business School; Maggie Simpson, Director General, Rail Freight Group; Robert Windsor, Policy & Compliance Manager and Executive Director , British International Freight Association. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Public Procurement (Government Procurement Agreement) (Thresholds etc.) (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 4. Scotland's supply chain: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Subsidy Control Bill (UK Parliament Legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Kate Forbes MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Economy(LCM(S6)9).
