1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 8 and 9 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Companies Act 2006 (Scottish public sector companies to be audited by the Auditor General for Scotland) (No. 2) Order 2022 from— Ivan McKee, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, Ninian Christie, Solicitor, and Rebecca Winterstein, Head of Capital Investment, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Ivan McKee (Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise) to move— S6M-05863—That the Economy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Companies Act 2006 (Scottish public sector companies to be audited by the Auditor General for Scotland) (No. 2) Order 2022 be approved. 4. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on Legislative Consent Memorandum LCM(S6) 25) from— Ivan McKee, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, and Geoff Owenson, Senior Policy Officer, Scottish Government. 5. Procurement Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6) 20) from— Ivan McKee, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, Julie Bain, Lawyer, and Alasdair Hamilton, Procurement Policy Portfolio Manager, Scottish Government. 6. Trade (Australia and New Zealand) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6) 21) from— Ivan McKee, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, Julie Bain, Lawyer, Alasdair Hamilton, Procurement Policy Portfolio Manager, and Leslie Henderson, Team Leader Food & Drink Regulation and Trade, Scottish Government. 7. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Marc Crothall, Chief Executive Officer, Scottish Tourism Alliance; Bryan Simpson, Industrial Organiser, Unite Hospitality; Leon Thompson, Executive Director, UKHospitality Scotland. 8. Legislation Consent Memorandums: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier under agenda items 4, 5 and 6. 9. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 7.
