1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] from—
Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills, and Victoria Morton, Lawyer, Scottish Government;
John Cook, Executive Director of Case Operations, Accountant in Bankruptcy.

3. Subordinate legislation: Jamie Hepburn (Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills) to move—
S5M-17827—That the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.

4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from-
Helen Martin, Assistant General Secretary, Scottish Trades Union Congress;
Matt Lancashire, Director of Policy and Public Affairs, SCDI;
Richard Marsh, Director, 4-Consulting;
Tony Mackay, Economist, Mackay Consultants.

5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
