Scotland's Economic Performance: The Committee will take evidence from- Craig Dalzell, Head of Research, Common Weal; Michael Jacobs, Director of the IPPR Commission on Economic Justice, Institute for Public Policy Research; John McLaren, Scottish Trends; Ryan McQuigg, Policy and Public Affairs Manager, Oxfam Scotland. 5. Scotland's Economic Performance: The Committee will consider evidence heard at today's meeting. 6. Financial Guidance and Claims Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider issues for a draft report on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S5-11. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
