Impact of Covid 19 on Children and Young people with additional support needs and care experienced young people: The Committee will take evidence from— Bruce Adamson, Children and Young People’s Commissioner; Stephen McGhee, Managing Director, Spark of Genius, and representing the Scottish Coalition Services Coalition (SCSC); Linda O'Neill, Education Lead, Centre for Excellence for Children's Care and Protection (CELCIS); and then from— Laurie Black, Convener of the ASN Committee, Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS); Ramon Hutchingson, Co-ordinator, Autism Resources Co-ordination Hub (ARCH) - South Lanarkshire; Sally Cavers, Head of Inclusion, Children In Scotland. 2.
