1. Declaration of interests: Stephen Kerr MSP will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Universities: The Committee will take evidence from— Mary Senior, UCU Scotland; Ellie Gomersall, President, National Union of Students Scotland; and then from— Karen Watt, Chief Executive, Scottish Funding Council; Professor George Boyne, Principal of the University of Aberdeen, representing Universities Scotland. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Rules of Procedure in Children’s Hearings) Amendment Rules 2022 4. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
