Equalities and Human Rights Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Universal Periodic Review: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's latest response to the Universal Periodic Review from— Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities, Duncan Isles, Head of Human Rights Policy, and David Holmes, Human Rights Policy Officer, Scottish Government. 3. Universal Periodic Review: The Committee will consider the evidence received. 4. Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry. 5. Work programme (in private): The Committee will review its work programme.
