Prisoner voting in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from- Dr Cormac Behan, Lecturer in Criminology at the Centre for Criminological Research, University of Sheffield; Emma Trottier, former public servant with the Correctional Service of Canada and the Department of Public Safety, Government of Canada. 2. Prisoner voting in Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received. 3. Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
