Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will take evidence, via video conference, from— Gianni Magazzeni, Chief of UPR Branch, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, United Nations; Rogier Huizenga, Manager, Human Rights Programme, Inter Parliamentary Union. 2. Bullying and harassment of children and young people in schools: The Committee will take evidence, in round table format, from— Carol Young, Senior Policy Officer, Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER); Bill Ramsay, Convener of the Equality Committee, The Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS); Dr Katherine Botterill, Lecturer in Human Geography, Edinburgh Napier University; Carolyn Fox McKay, Marketing and Communications Manager, Girlguiding Scotland; Mary Berrill, Her Majesty’s Inspector of Education and Senior Education Officer for Inclusion and Equalities, Education Scotland; Iain Smith, Policy Officer, Inclusion Scotland; Cara Spence, Senior Programmes and Influencing Manager, LGBT Youth Scotland; Katie Ferguson, Service Director, Respect Me; Dr Daniela Sime, Lecturer in Social Policy, University of Strathclyde; Fariha Saeed, Amina - the Muslim Women's Resource Centre. 3. Human rights and the Scottish Parliament (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received. 4. Bullying and harassment of children and young people in schools (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received.
