1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider issues relating to the Billregarding the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights by taking evidence from— Michael Russell, Minister for UK Negotiations on Scotland's Place in Europe, Alison Coull, Legal Directorate, Graham Fisher, Head of Branch 1, Constitutional and Civil Law Division, Legal Directorate, Duncan Isles, Head of Human Rights Policy, and Luke McBratney, Policy Officer, Constitution and UK Relations Division, Scottish Government. 3. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence received. 4. Human Rights training (in private): The Committee will undertake human rights training with Kavita Chetty, Head ofStrategy and Legal and Chloë Trew, Participation Coordinator, Scottish HumanRights Commission.
