Equalities and Human Rights Committee

PE1372: by Duncan McLaren, on behalf of Friends of the Earth Scotland, on access to justice in environmental matters; PE1695: by Ben and Evelyn Mundell, on access to justice in Scotland.

2. Female Genital Mutilation (Protection and Guidance) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Christina McKelvie, Minister for Older People and Equalities, Trevor Owen, Bill Team Leader, and Nicholas Duffy, Senior Principal Legal Officer, Scottish Government.

3. Female Genital Mutilation (Protection and Guidance) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard.

4. Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
