1. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

ACC Gary Ritchie, Partnership, Prevention and Community Wellbeing, Police Scotland;
Alistair Hogg, Head of Practice and Policy, Scottish Children's Reporter Administration;

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
The Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019 (Independent Review of Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2020

3. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard at item 1.
