Josh Kennedy, MSYP, Scottish Youth Parliament;
Kevin Kane, Policy and Research Manager, Youth Link Scotland;

Oonagh Brown, Policy and Implementation Officer, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities;
Beth Cadger, National Co-Coordinator, Article 12 in Scotland;
Susie Fitton, Policy Officer, Inclusion Scotland;
Afrika Priestley, Lead Anti-Racist and Pro Black Ambassador, Intercultural Youth Scotland.

3. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard at item 1.

4. Impact of Brexit on devolution The Committee will consider a letter from the Finance and Constitution Committee.
