1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Historical Sexual Offences (Disregarded Convictions and Official Records) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 [draft] from—

Linsay Mackay, Policy Officer, and Patrick Down, Policy Officer, Criminal Justice Division, Scottish Government.

2. Subordinate legislation: Humza Yousaf (Cabinet Secretary for Justice) to move— 
S5M-18075—That the Equalities and Human Rights Committee recommends that the Historical Sexual Offences (Disregarded Convictions and Official Records) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.

3. Female Genital Mutilation (Protection and Guidance) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Dr Ima Jackson, Senior Lecturer, Department of Nursing and Community Health, Glasgow Caledonian University;
Andy Sirel, Head of Scottish Migrant and Refugee Centre, JustRight Scotland;
Dr Saffron Karlsen, Senior Lecturer in Social Research, School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies, University of Bristol;

4. Female Genital Mutilation (Protection and Guidance) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard.
