Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Dr Susan McVie, Chair of Quantitative Criminology, School of Law, University of Edinburgh; Dr Claire McDiarmid, Deputy Head, School of Law, University of Strathclyde; Malcolm Schaffer, Head of Practice and Policy, Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration; and then from— Marion Gillooly, Head of Strategy and Innovation, Includem; Claire Lightowler, Director, Centre for Youth and Criminal Justice, University of Strathclyde; Duncan Dunlop, Chief Executive, and Lynzy Hanvidge, Care Experienced Policy Ambassador, Who Cares? Scotland. 2. Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received.
