1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Chambers) Amendment Regulations 2021 from— Ash Regan, Paula Stevenson, and Martin Brown, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Ash Regan (Minister for Community Safety) to move—S6M-01467—That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Chambers) Amendment Regulations 2021 be approved. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Scottish Tribunals (Eligibility for Appointment) Amendment Regulations 2021. 5. Petition PE1817 End Conversion Therapy: The Committee will take evidence from— Rici Marshall Cross, Quakers in Scotland; Jayne Ozanne, Chair of the Ban Conversion Therapy Coalition; Rev Elder Maxwell Reay, member of the Council of Elders of Metropolitan Community Churches, NHS Health Care Chaplain.; Rev Fiona Bennett, United Reformed Church. 6. Proposed Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the statement of reasons lodged to accompany the draft proposal from the witnesses outlined below and then decide whether it is content with the reasons given— Pam Duncan-Glancy, Scottish Parliament; Kate Monahan, Because We Matter; Robert McGeachy, Camphill Scotland. 7. Petition PE1817 End Conversion Therapy: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 5. 8. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny.
