1. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals—
The Food and Feed Hygiene and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.

2. Scrutiny of Special Health Boards - The State Hospitals Board for Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from-
Terry Currie, Chair, Gary Jenkins, Chief Executive Officer, Lindsay Thomson, Medical Director, Mark Richards, Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, Robin McNaught, Finance and Performance Management Director, and David Walker, Director of Security, Estates and Facilities, The State Hospitals Board for Scotland.

3. Social prescribing of physical activity and sport (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.

4. Scrutiny of Special Health Boards - The State Hospitals Board for Scotland and NHS Tayside (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on the State Hospitals Board for Scotland and NHS Tayside on the 26 November.

5. Forensic Medical Services (Victims of Sexual Offences) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.

6. Budget Scrutiny 2020-21 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Finance and Constitution Committee.


Proposed future business


At its next meeting, on 17 December, the Committee will take evidence from NHS Grampian as part of its continued scrutiny of NHS Boards. The Committee also expects to consider the approach paper for its Social Care inquiry.
