2. Birmingham Commonwealth Games Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Jeane Freeman MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport (LCM (S5) 31).

3. The supply and demand for medicines inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
