1. COVID-19 impact on sports clubs and other local recreational facilities: The Committee will take evidence from—

Martin Kenny, President, Bannockburn & Eastern Villages Community Hub;
Colin Hutchison, Head of Development, Scottish Athletics;
Kevin Bonarius, Chief Operating Officer, Garioch Sports Centre;
Claire Nelson, Chief Executive Officer, Netball Scotland;
David Denholm, Chair, Dumfries and Galloway Disability Sport, and wheelchair athlete and coach.

2. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Public Health Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/431) from—
Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, Craig Thomson, Border Measures Review Team Leader, David Pratt, Policy Lead, Health Performance and Delivery Team, and Peter Brown, Police Enforcement, Liaison and Performance Team, Scottish Government.

3. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, to move—S5M-23720—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Public Health Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/431) be approved.

4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
The Official Feed and Food Controls (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/398); The Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008 (Notifiable Organisms) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/408); and The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/420).

5. COVID-19 impact on sports clubs and other local recreational facilities (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

6. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Public Health Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/431) and its report to Parliament.
