1. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.23) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/378) from—
Humza Yousaf, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Anita Popplestone, Head of Police Complaints and Scrutiny, Police Division, Craig Thomson, Border Measures Review Team Leader, and James Boyce, Unit Head, Health Performance and Delivery, Scottish Government.

2. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Humza Yousaf (Cabinet Secretary for Justice) to move—S5M-23365—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.23) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/378) be approved.

3. Negative subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
The Food and Feed (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/372).

4. Social Care Inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from—
Joanna MacDonald, Chief Officer Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership, and Chair of Social Work Scotland Adult Social Care Committee;
Viv Dickenson, Chief Executive Officer, CrossReach;
Cassie Hersee, Manager, Isle View Nursing Home, Aultbea.

5. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.23) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/378) and its report to Parliament.

6. Social Care Inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

7. European Union Withdrawal (in private): The Committee will consider its draft response to recent correspondence from the Finance and Constitution Committee.
