1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. Health and Wellbeing of Children and Young People: The Committee will take evidence from— Shelley Buckley, Programme Manager - Families Children and Young People, Mental Health Foundation; Alex Cumming, Assistant Director of Delivery and Development, Scottish Association for Mental Health; Susie Fitton, Policy Manager, Inclusion Scotland; Sam March, Principal Educational Psychologist, South Lanarkshire Council, The Association of Scottish Principal Educational Psychologists; Joanne Smith, Policy and Public Affairs Manager, NSPCC Scotland; Dr Mairi Stark, Scottish Officer, Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health; and then from— Jackie Brock, Chief Operations Officer (Interim), The Promise Scotland; Helen Happer, Chief Inspector, Care Inspectorate; Lucy Hughes, Policy Development Coordinator, Who Cares? Scotland; Kate MacKinnon, Policy Associate, CELCIS. 3. Common Framework on Public Health Protection and Health Security: The Committee will take evidence from— Humza Yousaf, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Laura McGlynn, Head of Health Protection and Screening, and Erin McCreadie, Sexual Health and Blood Borne Virus, and Infectious Disease Team, Scottish Government. 4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Food (Withdrawal of Recognition) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 6. Health and Wellbeing of Children and Young People: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 7. Common Framework on Public Health Protection and Health Security: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
