1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Tackling alcohol harms in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Maree Todd, Minister for Public Health, Women's Health and Sport, Amy Kirkpatrick, Head of Alcohol Harm Prevention, and Maggie Page, Unit Head – Drugs Strategy Unit, Scottish Government. 3. Provisional Common Framework on Food Composition Standards and Labelling: The Committee will take evidence from— Maree Todd, Minister for Public Health, Women's Health and Sport, Scottish Government; Jennifer Howie, UK Frameworks and Inter-Governmental relations lead, Food Standards Scotland. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— National Health Service Superannuation and Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts and Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 5. Tackling alcohol harms in Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 6. Provisional Common Framework on Food Composition Standards and Labelling: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
