Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Food (Scotland) Act 2015 (Compliance Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023 Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 4. Healthcare in remote and rural areas: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Perinatal mental health: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport. 6. Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
