Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— National Health Service Superannuation and Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025 4. ADHD and autism pathways and support: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Pre-budget scrutiny 2026-27: The Committee will consider a draft report.
