1. Decision on taking business in private: The Sub-Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private.

2. Independent Review of Complaints Handling, Investigations and Misconduct Issues in relation to Policing: The Sub-Committee will take evidence from—
Humza Yousaf, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Neil Hastie, Head of Community Safety Unit, and Anita Popplestone, Head of Police Complaints and Scrutiny Unit, Scottish Government.

3. Independent Review of Complaints Handling, Investigations and Misconduct Issues in relation to Policing: The Sub-Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Work programme: The Sub-Committee will consider its work programme.

5. Remote piloted aircraft systems and body worn video cameras: The Sub-Committee will consider its approach to the report on its inquiry on remote piloted aircraft systems and body worn video cameras.
