National Planning Framework 4 annual review: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Short-term lets: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Minister for Housing. 6. Renters Reform Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutinising the legislative consent memorandum lodged by the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice (LCM(S6)46).
