Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 6. Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutinising the draft Climate Change Plan. 7. Independent Review of the Process for Determining Electoral Boundaries in Scotland: The Committee will consider a draft report from the Chair of the Review.
