Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Assured Tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 4. National Planning Framework 4: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will give further consideration to its approach to scrutiny of the Bill.
