1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5, 6 and 7 in private. 2. Inquiry into the role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Ian Hill, Industry Insight Manager, and Ian Hughes, Engagement Director, Scotland, Construction Industry Training Board (CITB); Gordon Nelson, Scotland Director, Federation of Master Builders; Martyn Raine, Technical and Skills Manager, Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF); Grant Tierney, LABSS Chair, Local Authority Building Standards Scotland (LABSS). 3. P&O Ferries: The Committee will take evidence from— Peter Hebblethwaite, Chief Executive Officer, P&O Ferries. 4. Inquiry into the role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. P&O Ferries: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 6. Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage: The Committee will continue its consideration of draft letters on carbon capture, utilisation and storage to the Scottish and UK governments. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
