1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Teresa Bray, Chief Executive, Changeworks, on behalf of the Existing Homes Alliance; Roger Curtis, Technical Research Manager, Historic Environment Scotland; Elaine Waterson, Policy Manager, Scotland, Energy Saving Trust; Professor Janette Webb, UK Energy Research Centre (UKERC). 3. Energy price rises: The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport, and Neil Ritchie, Head of Unit, Energy Services and Consumer Policy, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure— Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022 6. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 7. Energy price rises: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
