UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The Reach (Amendment) Regulations 2026 4. Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government on the Scottish Budget 2026-27. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
