UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2025. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Motor Vehicles (Competitions and Trials) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 5.
