1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Section 22 report - The 2015/16 audit of the Scottish Police Authority: The Committee will take evidence on the Auditor General for Scotland report entitled "The 2015/16 audit of the Scottish Police Authority" from— John Foley, Chief Executive, and Andrew Flanagan, Chair of the Board, Scottish Police Authority; Philip Gormley QPM, Chief Constable, and David Page, Deputy Chief Officer, Police Scotland; and then from— Paul Johnston, Director-General Learning & Justice, Donald McGillivray, Deputy Director of Police Division, Ann Thomson, Head of Police Powers & Finance Unit, and Kerry Twyman, Deputy Director of Finance Programme Management, Scottish Government. 3. Section 22 report - The 2015/16 audit of the Scottish Police Authority: The Committee will consider the evidence received at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from— Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland; Gillian Woolman, Assistant Director, and Mark Roberts, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
