1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Post-legislative Scrutiny: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from— Ruchir Shah, Policy Manager, Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations; Robin McAlpine, Director, Common Weal; Carole Ewart, Convenor, Campaign for Freedom of Information Scotland; Tommy Kane; Daren Fitzhenry, Scottish Information Commissioner; Sarah Hutchison, Head of Policy and Information, and Margaret Keyes, Head of Enforcement, Scottish Information Commissioner. 3. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its future approach to its post-legislative scrutiny work programme.
