Principles for a digital future: Lessons learned from public sector IT projects: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from— Fraser McKinlay, Director of Performance Audit and Best Value, and Morag Campsie, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
