Pam Dudek, Chief Executive, and Prof Boyd Robertson, Chair, NHS Highland;
John Connaghan, Chief Executive, NHS Scotland, and Richard McCallum, Interim Director of Health Finance and Governance, Scottish Government.

3. Section 22 report - The 2018/19 audit of NHS Highland: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Joanne Brown, Partner, Grant Thornton UK LLP.

4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its future scrutiny of reports on the Administration of Scottish income tax 2018/19 and Affordable housing: The Scottish Government's affordable housing supply target and its Key audit themes.
