1. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions—
PE1737 on Review of hate crime legislation and security funding in Scotland, and will take evidence from the the petitioner, Puneet Dwivedi; PE1729 on Legal protection of crofts from local authority care charges; PE1730 on Registration of home educated children in Scotland; PE1731 on Permit audio recording of local government public meetings; PE1732 on A toolkit for working with the Pathological Demand Avoidance profile of ASD; PE1733 on Human right to adequate food; PE1734 on Lower the age of hysterectomies; PE1735 on Include Pelvic Floor education in the Baby Box scheme; PE1736 on Vehicle collisions involving cats to be made a reportable offence; PE1738 on Student teacher bursaries for full-time placement students; PE1739 on Improve access to weight loss surgery; PE1740 on Improving the handling of complaints about public services; PE1741 on Human rights, citizenship and legal protection for people with lifelong learning disabilities; PE1742 on Amend anti-social behaviour legislation to tackle neighbouring household odours; and PE1749 on Financial viability of listed buildings.
