1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— PE1319 by William Smith and Scott Robertson on improving youth football in Scotland; and will take evidence from— Tam Baillie, Children and Young People’s Commissioner Scotland; and will then consider— PE1605 by Peter Gregson, on behalf of Kids not Suits, on whistleblowing in the NHS - a safer way to report mismanagement and bullying; and will take evidence from— Laura Callender, Governance and Compliance Manager and Kirsty-Louise Campbell, Head of Strategy (interim), Strategy and Insight Division, City of Edinburgh Council; Cathy James, Chief Executive and Andrew Pepper-Parsons, Head of Policy, Public Concern at Work; Tam Hiddleston, Secretary, Scottish Healthcare Branch, UNISON Scotland. 3. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— PE1595 by Alexander Taylor on moratorium on shared space schemes; PE1610 by Matt Halliday on upgrade the A75. 4. Proposed petitions: The Committee will consider a note by the Clerk.
