1. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— PE1545 by Ann Maxwell on behalf of Muir Maxwell Trust on Residential care provision for the severely learning disabled; PE1591 by Catriona MacDonald on behalf of SOS-NHS on Major redesign of healthcare services in Skye, Lochalsh and South West Ross; PE1627 by Annette McKenzie on Consent for mental health treatment for people under 18 years of age; and PE1631 by Maureen McVey on Child Welfare Hearings. 2. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions— PE1690by Emma Shorter on behalf of ME Action in Scotland on Review treatment of people with ME in Scotland; and will take evidence from— Emma Shorter and Janet Sylvester, volunteers with MEAction Scotland, and Prof. Chris Ponting, Chair of Medical Bioinformatics at Edinburgh University and Deputy Chair of the UK CFS/ME Research Collaborative; PE1695 by Ben and Evelyn Mundell on Access to justice in Scotland. 3. Consideration of a continued petition (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on petition PE1517 by Elaine Holmes and Olive McIlroy on behalf of Scottish Mesh Survivors - "Hear Our Voice" on Polypropylene Mesh Medical Devices.
