Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Hugh Dignon, Head of Wildlife and Flood Management Unit, Leia Fitzgerald, Team Leader, Wildlife Legislation Team, Hazel Reilly, Solicitor, and Amy Hogarth, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 2. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using powers under the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument— Official Controls (Extension of Transitional Periods) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 3. Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
