1. Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform, Hugh Dignon, Head of Wildlife and Flood Management Unit, Leia Fitzgerald, Team Leader, Wildlife Legislation Team, and Hazel Reilly, Lawyer, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Seed (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022; Meat Preparations (Import Conditions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022; Vegetable Plant Material and Fruit Plant and Propagating Material (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2022. 3. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— Aquatic Animal Health (Amendment) Regulations 2022; Animals, Food and Feed, Plant Health, Plant Propagating Material and Seeds (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) Regulations 2022. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
